Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us right away so that we can correct any mistake-free of charge.
Pluma by Anne Jewelry will accept items for exchange or credit within 15 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition.
Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit confirmation by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. To return or exchange an item, please contact us using the Contact Form.
NOTE: For your security, please use an insured courier (USPS Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. Pluma by Anne Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
